Jeffrey Bronswick is the president of Reicin Pollack & Co. He provides his clients with the financial expertise that growing businesses need. Jeff draws on his vast experience in auditing, tax planning, and consulting for a variety of clients. He possesses particular expertise with the following types of businesses: manufacturing, distribution, technology, labor organizations, employee benefit plans and professional services. Jeff works closely with his clients in helping guide their growth and financial success, assisting them with operational and financial issues, and in charting tax strategies to maximize their after tax income.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Cum Laude and with University Honors) from Northern Illinois University in 1988. He also became a Certified Public Accountant during that same year, passing the entire exam on his first attempt. Jeff began his career in 1988 as an auditor for Ernst & Young and Company. After leaving Ernst & Young, Jeff joined Reicin Pollack in 1990 and became a partner in 1997. In May 2000, Jeff received his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Northern Illinois University.
He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jack Knopoff joined Reicin Pollack in 1974 and became a partner in 1978. Jack currently manages the firm's computer hardware and software, is the firm's employee benefit plan audit quality center designated partner, and is the firm's quality control partner. He has more than 30 years of experience in all areas of accounting, auditing, taxation, financial and retirement planning, and computer advisory services, with special emphasis in the areas of not-for-profit and construction accounting. His extensive list of clientele includes professional service organizations, construction contractors, not-for profit organizations, employee benefit plans and closely held family owned businesses.
Jack began his career with the Chicago area accounting firm, Miller, Mandell & Co., which merged with the national firm, Laventhol, Krekstein, Horwath and Horwath. He left Laventhol to join Reicin Pollack in 1974.
Jack received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy from the Roosevelt University in 1969. Jack is a licensed CPA in Illinois since passing the exam in 1973. He is currently a member of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Jack has served and currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of many Civic Organizations. He was President of Congregation Beth Shalom of Northbrook, Illinois from 1985-1987, and served on the Board of Directors and /or Executive Board since 1978. He was a national Board Member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and served as a President of the Midwest Region United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and continues to serve as a member of the executive committee and the board of directors. Jack was a Board Member of the Community Foundation of Jewish Education. He also has served as Treasurer of the Susan F. Lasky Cancer Foundation.

Irving Mangurten is the firm administrator at Reicin Pollack whose specialties include financial, investment, retirement and tax consulting to entrepreneurs. Irv has parlayed his 30+ years of business experience to provide financial insight in the areas of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, valuation services, corporate restructuring, divorce litigation and investment advisory services. These areas of concentration include the development and implementation of individual, corporate, retirement, investment and management advisory services. Irv's clientele include professional service entities, healthcare professionals, and closely held business with a special emphasis on service based businesses. Irv's goals are to help his clients gain and preserve wealth and to implement tax strategies that maximize and preserve after tax income.
Irv began his career with a local accounting firm, Checkers, Simon & Rosner in 1975 and joined Reicin Pollack in 1978. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in 1973 and took numerous Post-graduate business courses at DePaul University.
